The first of many...

Well, today was the first of many snow days for school. Macy got the day off. We have had our first Nor'easter of the year. It started last night and has continued throughout the day today. I think we still have a few more hours of snow still to come! The news has predicted somewhere between 6-12 inches of snow this time. Well, we decided to take advantage of the time and get all bundled up to really enjoy it. Here are some of the pictures I took. I tried to make sure you could get an idea of the depth, but I'm not sure if it's going to translate on camera or not. It really is beautiful and the kids had a blast.

Hey! Yeah the whole rig-a-ma-role of getting on all of the winter gear! Point your foot! Where's your thumb? Turn around! Is that your glove? Chad's over there having fits right now! I'm thinking that's too much snow!

I hate to say this, but that looks like heaven! At least you are 9 months pregnant now and worrying about getting to the hospital in that mess.

Nathan insists that it should snow in Memphis, yeah right. If we're lucky. Thought we'd mention the Richards are reading your blog (you can read ours too, thefamilyrichards@blogspot.com). And since ya'll are living in Vermont, thought we'd mention Pete grew up in Maine. Enjoy the snow.
